کامیابی سے زندگی گزارنے کے عالمگیر اصول -- Universal Principles for Living Successfully l The Life Blogs

What are the guidelines that driven and committed students adhere to in order to succeed in school and beyond? Don't misunderstand me. Achievement isn't the only factor in success. It has to do with meaning, contribution, and purpose. The majority of individuals believe that creating objectives is the key to success.

Every year, we make resolutions to improve our study habits, get more exercise, read more books, and go to bed by 9 p.m. However, life does happen. School-related tasks. Responsibilities. Tasks, family obligations. Our well-intention-ed resolutions lag behind our other objectives until they eventually vanish.

Sounds recognizable?

After all, research indicates that 80% of people have this experience. It's true that choosing the appropriate goals is crucial, whether they be academic objectives or something else. But a set of guidelines to follow is what you actually need for a meaningful and goal-driven life.

Let's look at why it's important to have more rules and fewer goals. I'll also discuss how to make rules that work for you and reveal my top 08 success suggestions.

I used to be an obsessive goal scorer.

I used to be an obsessive goal-setter not long ago.

I used to establish around 50 objectives each year, covering all aspect of my life, including sleep, exercise, academics, profession, personal finance, personal growth, spirituality, relationships, community involvement, and leisure.

I realize this is a lengthy list.

I even made it a point to set aside time each week to do at least one arbitrary thing. For making spontaneity a goal, my pals thought I was amusing (or, more likely, stupid)!

But here's what I learned: Focusing excessively on goal-setting is useless. In an effort to keep track of and complete all those goals, I became worried and overextended.

Why you require more rules than objectives?

I set a lot less goals for myself now. I made success rules instead of goals.

Do not misunderstand, please. I don't have all the answers. I'll always be learning new things. But here is what I've discovered about success thus far:

A rule is something you're more likely to follow than a goal.

Tested rules for living a successful life.

What are some success rules that could potentially improve your life and the lives of others around you?

Before we begin, keep in mind that life is about more than just earning a lot of money or obtaining good grades.

What does success to you look like? What gives your life meaning and purpose?

The guidelines you create must be beneficial to you. Soon, we'll go into more detail about this.

Take a look at these 15 tried-and-true guidelines that I try to abide by first. I hope a few will also motivate you.

 Live a moral life.

Even if your mother knew about all of your darkest experiences, live in a way that would make her proud. Nobody is flawless. Everyone makes errors. Everybody collapses. But we should always make an effort to act morally and live up to our highest potential. Doing the right thing even when no one is looking is what I define as having integrity.

Search for mentors and role models.

Achievement leaves traces. Look for mentors and role models who have previously accomplished the goals you have for your life. Study what the happiest couples have done to maintain their relationships for many years if you want true love. Study what the top lawyers in your city or country did to build their reputations if becoming the finest lawyer in your nation is your aim. Study the lives of world champions and discover their secrets if you want to become one yourself. Find millionaire role models that you aspire to be if you want to become one.Find a few entrepreneurs who inspire you and research how they did what they did if you want to be an entrepreneur. Mentors and role models are without a doubt your shortcuts to releasing your best in life. You can improve your chances of success and avert costly errors by taking advice from others' experiences. History is a tremendous instructor of right and wrong decisions.

Grow by 1% per day.

We are all ongoing projects. Nobody is flawless. The most important thing is to always be learning, growing, and evolving. The ability to compound is one of life's most formidable powers. After just 70 days, something will double in value if you grow it by 1% per day. It is obviously hard to determine whether you are actually expanding yourself 1% per day, 0.15% per day, 5% per day, or not at all. My main point is that we should all work to improve ourselves daily. It is a way of life. It is a regular way of thinking. It is a way of life.Make every effort to get knowledge from experiences, books, seminars, films, conferences, history, and any other source. Every day offers the chance to improve as a parent, child, brother, mother, daughter, sister, doctor, engineer, warrior, businessperson, student, or anything else.

Accept failure.

Failures are only obstacles you must overcome to succeed. Accept them as fantastic chances to develop, learn, and expand. In every aspect of my life, I have failed repeatedly. My greatest triumphs in life, however, have frequently been the result of my failures in the past. In no sector have I ever encountered a successful individual who has never experienced failure. In actuality, the world's most successful people frequently recount numerous failures before finding success. The secret to your success is failure.

Take action on what inspires your soul.

If there is one thing I've discovered about life, it's that everyone else is mistaken. Happiness is not a result of success. Success breeds happiness. When we do what is in our hearts, we are happiest. When we are the joyful, we are the most alive and inclined to offer everything we have to every second of the day. Extraordinary things can happen when we give every minute of every day our all. Dreams can become actuality. Take action on what inspires your soul. It's ironic that we don't get to pick who or what we love in life.Regardless of logic or reason, our hearts want what our hearts want. It's an indication when you have a strong attraction to someone or something. Accept it (as long it is not harming anyone or making you do anything illegal or immoral). There is no need for more hedonistic materialists in the world. No, the world needs more individuals who are actually alive in order to improve it for everyone. In the end, I would rather take a chance on failing at something I love than be certain of succeeding at something I detest.

To unleash your greatness, surround yourself with excellence.

Simply said, we are all the average of the five individuals we spend the most time with. You will become a dreamer and an achiever if you surround yourself with them. You will develop negative attitudes and doubts if you are surrounded by them. I make an effort to surround myself with people who encourage me to dream bigger, do more, and be more in all aspect of my life. World Champions are only created when they have a superb team of people around them, including training partners, instructors, family, business leaders, etc., according to my experience in the martial arts sector. Building a martial arts world champion requires an entire army. The same holds true for all other jobs. Nobody succeeds on their own. I really like an African proverb. Go alone if you want to move quickly. Go together if you want to go far.

Live with a spirit of Champion.

Be indestructible. All of us will experience bad things. It is merely an aspect of existence. Living is unfair. A loved one will pass away too soon for some of us. Health issues will arise for some of us. Poverty will affect some of us. There will be some of us who experience bad fortune. Make a commitment to yourself that you will always try your best and fight the good fight, no matter what occurs in your life. Be a fighter. No matter how many times you fall in life, as long as you always get back up to pursue your goals, it doesn't matter.

Regular Exercise.

Exercise is great for the brain. All it takes is 20 minutes of exercise to enhance mental processes including memory, focus, and thought. Additionally, regular exercise enhances general health and wellness and aids in stress management. If you're unsure how to integrate exercise into your schedule, look at my time-management advice for students. Exercise for at least 30 minutes each day, five days a week, is my rule. Pick a few exercise guidelines that you can stick to. Even a quick stroll will work!

Note.

This list is only a simple reflection of my own beliefs, experiences, and life principles; it may or may not apply to you. This list is by no means comprehensive. Having said that, I hope that some of these 08 guiding concepts and values will be helpful to you as well. They have certainly been helpful to me in my life. Do well. Live the life you want. And keep trying. Wishing you happiness and fulfillment as you embark on your life's journey to discover your greatness!
